These responsible persons assume special responsibility within the company and must reliably fulfill legally required duties. Information Officer (IO)

According to §74a AMG, every pharmaceutical entrepreneur is obliged to appoint an Information Officer. Saidia offers this position in both Germany and Austria to ensure that all information about your medicinal product is provided in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.

Responsible Person GDP

The Responsible Person GDP (Großhandelsbeauftragter) according to §52a AMG must be appointed by pharmaceutical wholesale companies to ensure compliance with the legal requirements in connection with the wholesale of medicinal products. We offer expert personnel for this position.

EU-QPPV/Stufenplanbeauftragter

In accordance with European and German regulations, the EU-QPPV (European Union Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance) as well as the Stufenplanbeauftragter are important functions of the pharmacovigilance system. Saidia provides you with qualified personnel for these important positions.
