Product Information Pack (PIP) & Safety Report

For all cosmetic products that are placed on the market, the responsible person is obliged to keep a PIP. We will gladly take over this task for you and create a corresponding document, including the safety report.

Responsible Person according to EU Cosmetics Regulation

The Responsible Person according to EU Regulation 1223/2009 is responsible for the development, manufacture, supply and marketing of a cosmetic product. We can offer you experienced personnel for this position and ensure compliance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation.

Notification

According to Article 13 of the EU Cosmetics Regulation, all cosmetics placed on the market in the EU must be notified before being placed on the market. We will gladly do this for you.
